Adoption fees will increase with training.<\/p>\n The lineup for our post parade includes horses who are new to CANTER Michigan and being evaluated as well as those undergoing rehabilitation before beginning their retraining. Many of them have received surgery through our partnership with Michigan State University<\/a>, while others just need some R&R from their days at the racetrack.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t OH-bred 2019 Chestnut Mare\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Bold Red – O.T. Hughes, by Henny Hughes<\/b><\/p>\n Lil O.T. completed rehab for successful arthroscopic surgery on her left knee and was cleared to begin training. Due to navicular changes and hoof conformation she will do best with corrective shoeing and has a favorable prognosis for physical activity.<\/b><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t KY-bred 2021 Bay Gelding\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Bernardini – Full Ransom by Full Mandate<\/b><\/p>\n Papa\u2019s Ransom is in rehab recovering from bone chip surgery and a mild bilateral\u00a0<\/b>suspensory injury.<\/b><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t OH-bred 2019 Chestnut Mare<\/b><\/p>\n Tidal Volume – Seeking a Sunrise, by Seeking a Home<\/b><\/p>\n Seeking the Money is in rehab following bilateral bone chip surgery.<\/b><\/p>\n These horses have started their retraining and will be available for adoption soon. They will receive preliminary training in walk, trot and canter under saddle to prepare them for their new homes and careers. Adoption fees increase as horses progress in their training – fill out an adoption application<\/a> now! Watch for more horses coming soon!<\/p>\n The horses in our pasture suffered career-ending injuries and have earned their retirement.
